Good progress is being made at St. Mary Parish in developing our communications program. A copy of the design and layout of the new St. Mary’s Parish brochure will be presented to the Parish Council by Patti Monroe on March 14.. We anticipate taking this to the printer on Tuesday, March 20 and hopefully having it read for distribution at Easter. Members of the Communications Committee have developed a plan to distribute the brochure to active and inactive parish members and potential new members. In addition, we are making excellent progress in bring the new St. Mary’s Parish website on line despite several problems of a technical nature that have slowed the process more than ever anticipated. The new website will be demonstrated at the Parish Council meeting.
Members of the Council who read the Longmeadow news will have seen articles of activities at St. Mary’s. We hope to increase this volume of press releases with the help and cooperation of the various Parish ministries.
We are still in need of a volunteer photographer.
Michael Stasiowski has had to leave The Communications Committee because of business obligations.
I regret that I absent from this meeting asI am traveling on business.
