An Invitation to St. Mary’s Parishioners,

Thursday, November 20, 2025, 7-8pm, Parish Center

The team from Timmy Strong, along with St. Mary’s Nursing Ministry, will lead a 60-minute workshop that includes an engaging CPR success story, training in the skills of Hands-Only CPR, a lesson in how to use an AED, and suggestions for proactive heart health. While not a CPR certification course, the workshop will provide participants with the skills and confidence to perform Hands-Only CPR in the event a situation arises that requires it. In addition, the workshop provides advice and suggestions for thinking about heart health in order to live a longer, healthier life.
