Tuesday Adoration of The Blessed Sacrament 7:30AM - 12Noon

The year 2003 was the Year of the Eucharist as proclaimed by Saint Pope John Paul II in honor of the Eucharis. We at St. Mary’s began Tuesday Adoration hours to pay homage to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.

We need faithful Adorers (those faithful who volunteer to be in the presence of Jesus) to keep Our Lord company. Our Lord can never be left alone during Adoration hours. Please consider volunteering for this Devotion (Adoration) so that it may continue at St. Mary’s. We are in most need during the time frame of 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM for Adorers to quietly sit and keep prayerful watch over the Eucharistic.

We need regular and reliable volunteers to be present in the church in half-hour increments at times that best suit your personal schedule. We also need many substitute Adorers to take the place of the regular Adorers that cannot attend on their regular Tuesday time frame. The more Adorers we have, the more flexibility for coverage.

Please email complete the information below if you wish to participate in the Tuesday Adoration coverage. A follow-up call will take place from Spiritual Life to answer any questions you may have as well as the possible time frame that works best for you.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is a centuries old form of Devotion to Our Lord. He will surely bless you in abundance for your quiet prayer time with Him.

This is also the time to consider signing up for Adoration on Holy Thursday April 6th . Signup sheets will be available in the Church to do so.
